How OLD TOWN GAMING handles information when you use Tic Tac Toe.

1. Who We Are

Tic Tac Toe is provided by OLD TOWN PHARMACY (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED under the developer name OLD TOWN GAMING. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the game.

2. Information We Handle

The information available to us depends on the features and sign-in method you choose.

  • Account information: Firebase user ID, email address, display name, sign-in provider, and account status. Guest play uses an anonymous Firebase identifier instead of your email address.
  • Profile and game information: Username, optional profile image, selected game pieces, scores, wins, matches played, match history, and online multiplayer room and opponent information.
  • Device preferences: Language, sound settings, login state, and selected game pieces may be stored locally on your device.
  • Photos: The app accesses a photo only when you choose one as your profile image. The selected image is then uploaded to Firebase Storage.
  • Technical information: Firebase and sign-in providers may process IP address, device or app identifiers, and diagnostic or security logs needed to provide and protect their services.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Create and secure accounts, authenticate users, and support guest play.
  • Provide profiles, online multiplayer, leaderboards, game history, and saved preferences.
  • Respond to support, privacy, and account-deletion requests.
  • Prevent abuse, investigate technical problems, and protect the game and its users.
  • Meet legal obligations and enforce our Terms and Conditions.

5. Sharing and Service Providers

We do not sell or rent personal information. Tic Tac Toe contains no paid features, in-app purchases, subscriptions, or third-party advertising.

Information may be processed by:

  • Google Firebase for authentication, Realtime Database, and file storage.
  • Google when you choose Google Sign-In.
  • Apple when you choose Sign in with Apple on a supported platform.

These providers handle information under their own terms and privacy notices. We may also disclose information when legally required or when reasonably necessary to protect users, the public, or our rights.

6. International Processing

Our service providers may process information outside Pakistan, including in the United States and other countries where they operate. Those locations may have different data-protection laws. We rely on the safeguards offered by our service providers and applicable law.

7. Retention and Deletion

We keep account and game information while your account is active and as needed to provide the game.

You can request account deletion in either of these ways:

  1. In the app, open Profile, select Delete Account, and confirm.
  2. Visit https://tictac.oldtownpharmacy.shop/delete and follow the deletion request instructions.
  3. Email dev@oldtownpharmacy.shop with the subject Tic Tac Toe Account Deletion Request.

Account deletion removes the authentication account and user-specific profile, skin, and game-history records controlled by us. An uploaded profile image is also deleted. Limited completed-match records, security or fraud-prevention records, legally required records, or temporary backups may remain where reasonably necessary. Retained information will not be used to recreate the deleted account.

Local preferences can be removed by clearing Tic Tac Toe's app data or uninstalling the app.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including Firebase security features, to protect information. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure. Protect your password and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

9. Children

Tic Tac Toe is not directed to children under 13. Children under 13 must not create an account or submit personal information. A parent or guardian who believes a child provided information should contact us so we can review and delete it.

10. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, or object to certain processing. Contact us at dev@oldtownpharmacy.shop. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy when the game, our practices, or legal requirements change. The new effective date will be displayed in the app and on this page.
